Want to chat with your users real time? I added Plugoo to my site, linked it up with my AIM account and I am in constant contact with users looking for help or just wanting to say what’s up. This is not for everyone but I found it so cool I now turn my AOL IM mobile when I am AFK and my IM’s hit me via Text message on my Smart Phone.

Using real domain name instead of blogger’s default naming conventions
In the beginning before we knew any better we though using a free service like Blogger meant being locked into certain things like the sub-domain name off of Blogspot. Google lets you “Brand” your blog and link up a real domain name to forward to your Blogspot address. But they did one better and redirect their address’s to yours. So even if you type in http://shockdblog.blogspot.com you will wind up at http://www.shockdblog.com! Sweet.

How to simply change your favicon? It is a question that appeared in my head when found this in my design's blog page.
Favicon is favorite icon and will appear in website that you open. For example is icon 'B' for Blogger or 'G' for Google. Now you can change it as you wish. Follow these step to make it true
Favicon is favorite icon and will appear in website that you open. For example is icon 'B' for Blogger or 'G' for Google. Now you can change it as you wish. Follow these step to make it true
2. Choose "import image" that you like
3. "Keep the dimensions" if you think the image is fit and balance between height and weight. But you can change it if you want. Then click "upload"
4. Download and save the favicon. Next enter draft.blogger.com and go to "layout" page
5. Click edit favicon, upload the image that you already save and save it. Do not forget click "save arrengement"
7. Go check your blog to see if the favicon exist or not.
If not, just calm down. You done the right steps and you do not have to worry. It just takes time. It also happened to me. Go check via Firefox or another browser but Chrome. If the favicon appear, you can smile wide now :D

It’s a button which will not show any count but your blog readers can still share your content.
<b:if cond='data:blog.pageType != "static_page"'> <b:if cond='data:post.isFirstPost'><script src='http://platform.linkedin.com/in.js' type='text/javascript'/></b:if><script expr:data-url='data:post.url' type='in/share'/> </b:if>
Add LinkedIn Button to Blogger Posts
Step 1: Go to Blogger’s Dashboard > Design > Edit HTML tab and check “Expand Widget Templates”.Step 2: Find
<data:post.body/> and before it add any one of the snippets mentioned above.Step 3: Save your template.
So at last, after Tweet button and Facebook Like Button, you can now share your work within professional social site LinkedIn in just one click.
To be noted:
Conditional tags marked in red are used to show this widget on every page except static pages. If you want to show this in only post pages then use:<b:if cond='data:blog.pageType == "item"'> [LinkedIn code goes here] </b:if>
How to Begin Blogging?

Create a blog with correct and enough information
Find a decent blogging provider that appeals to you. The most popular providers include LiveJournal, Blogger, WordPress.com, Xanga, Tumblr and Webs. These sites are pre-made with templates and push-button publishing that don't require much technical know-how.
Once you sign up, you'll have a gallery of ready-made templates to choose from. With these, you can pick a color scheme and layout for your blog. Most sites come with a set of predefined layouts and schemes that you can choose from. Select one and personalize it. Then add your name, interests, pictures, content, etc.
If you want to, get a more unique template, there are some sites up that have many of these that might make it look better. For example, PimpMyProfile.com or shockdblog.blogspot.com.
Add blogging freebies like buttons, images, blog chalks, tagboards (for example, myshoutbox.com), guest maps, guestbooks, comment boxes for readers' input, etc.
Explore other blog sites that offer more features for a small fee, such as Typepad.com.
Decide whether you want your blog to be private or public: do you want any Internet visitor to be able to read your blog, or do you just want your friends and family to be able to read it? Most blog sites offer the ability to password-protect your published posts so only those who you approve of can view what you've written.
After you've set up your blog, write a few posts to test it out, and make any adjustments to the layout or style that you see fit. Like if you just got a new template, you'd check your blog to see if you like it, right? At first, it will seem tough to figure out what to write, but once you get into a routine of daily blogging, you will find it addictive. Write about your day, your thoughts, events, ideas, fears, pleasures, the news, current affairs, art, or anything you are interested in!
Publish your blog by sending the URL to your friends or publish the URL on your website. Add the URL to posts you make on other blogs.
